Therapy for adults, children and couples that is rooted in compassionate action
-
Individuals
Take advantage of the opportunity to explore yourself deeply on a weekly basis in a space that is your own. We can work together in person at my San Francisco office or virtually from your home.
“Knowing how to be solitary is central to the art of loving. When we can be alone, we can be with others without using them as a means of escape.”
- bell hooks
-
Couples
Together we can work to build trust, shared language, and practices to help you foster greater intimacy and connection in your relationship. We can work to see the relationship as a teacher and to define what love looks like in action for each of you.
“Love doesn't just sit there, like a stone; it has to be made, like bread, remade all the time, made new.”
-Ursula K Le Guin
-
Children
Children face a great many challenges in today’s fast-moving technological and social media landscape. It is important to create a space where children feel safe, feel seen, and can express themselves while being met with unconditional positive regard.
“Children don’t just need to be loved; they need to know that nothing they do will change the fact that they’re loved.”
-Alfie Kohn

Ecotherapy
So many of us find ourselves spending a majority of our lives looking at screens and spending our time indoors. This is a chance to take advantage of the natural beauty that we are so fortunate to have right on our doorsteps.
“For me the door to the woods is the door to the temple.”
-Mary Oliver
My rates
Online, in-person, or ecotherapy with individuals or couples:
50 mins | $155
90 mins | $250
I believe that therapy should be accessible and available for all people. Under ideal circumstances, I would want to base my practice on the principles of Gift Economy, where gifts and services are offered without any expectation of receiving in return. In the capitalistic framework that we currently live in I need to charge for my services in order to make this work sustainable for me.
I am currently offering a sliding scale of $90 to $155 per 50-minute session. Even if that rate does not feel accessible to you at this moment, I encourage you to reach out for a free 30-minute consultation and I will do my best to accommodate you or connect you to clinics, therapists, and resources that can meet your current financial needs.
I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance provider. Prior to working together, please contact your insurance provider to see if they accept or cover out-of-network therapists.
