About me
My path has been largely influenced by the experience of running a reforestation project and spiritual community in South India. During my time working with a community on reforestation, water conservation, and sustainable living goals, I came to see ecological restoration as a rich model for understanding people: how can we compost our hurt, our pain, and our suffering, to create fertile ground to live our lives powerfully, consciously, and joyfully? My work as a therapist is part of an ongoing spiritual path of service.
I work with clients of all intersections with a primary focus on working with:
survivors of sexual assault
men who are exploring the impacts of masculine conditioning
those looking for tools to move through feelings of anxiety and depression
children who are struggling with bullying, isolation, anxiety, or depression
couples who are struggling to build intimacy, trust, and connection in their relationship
Some of the main themes that exist in my work with clients are transitions, grief, anger, isolation, anxiety, and spiritual emergence, although I am open to the vastness and complexity of any part of your experience.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I hope I get the chance to get to know you and to play some part in supporting you on your journey.
